Q: What is the Street of Dreams?

The Street of Dreams is a single-site, luxury home tour show featuring seven elite home builders from the central Oklahoma region showcasing the latest home design trends and technology. The 2016 Street of Dreams is presented by Harry's TV, Video & Appliances and James Hardie Building Products and is an event of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association.


Q: Where is the Street of Dreams?

The Street of Dreams is located in a beautiful new neighborhood in north Edmond called Black Oak at Iron Horse Ranch.

Saturday, October 15 to

Q: What time will the homes be open to the public?

Mondays-Fridays: 1-7 p.m. **Open until 9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21 for Block Party Night
Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sundays: 12-7 p.m.

*Note: The on-site ticket office will close at 6 p.m. each day.


Q: Do I need a ticket to the Street of Dreams?

Q: Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child(ren)?

Children 12 and under do not require a ticket for entry. Please keep close supervision of children while in the Street of Dreams homes or while enjoying the Street of Dreams activities.

Q: Is there a benefitting organization involved with the Street of Dreams?

Edmond Public Schools is the benefitting organization of the Street of Dreams. A portion of the ticket proceeds will go directly to the school district with a portion specifically tagged for Centennial Elementary School, the Street of Dreams neighborhood elementary school.


Q: Where can I get the Street of Dreams publication?

The Street of Dreams publication will be available to individuals who purchase a ticket. If you purchase your ticket online, publications will be available at the entrance of the Street of Dreams. If you purchase your ticket in person at Harry's TV, Video & Appliances, you may pick up a publication at time of ticket purchase.


Q: Are the homes for sale?

Yes! Each Street of Dreams home is available for purchase if a contract is not already pending.


Q: I'm interested in purchasing one of the homes. What's the process?

If you are interested in viewing one of the Street of Dreams featured homes for potential purchase, please check in at the event entrance with your REALTOR to view the home at no charge. Your REALTOR must accompany you to view the home at no charge. Each home will have builder representatives present to provide additional information on the home.


Q: Will there be restroom facilities available?

Yes! We will have facilities available at two locations at the Street of Dreams.


Q: Can I bring food and drink to the Street of Dreams?

Food and drink will be available for purchase at the Street of Dreams Food Truck Park presented by Cambria! The food truck park is located at the south end of the Street of Dreams near the neighborhood swimming pool. We discourage outside food and drink and absolutely no food or drink will be allowed inside the Street of Dreams homes (with the exception of bottled water).

Q: Are food and drinks allowed inside the Street of Dreams homes?

With the exception of bottled water, no food and drink are allowed inside the Street of Dreams homes.


Q: I’m bringing my children to the Street of Dreams. Will there be activities for them?

Yes! The Street of Dreams Family Fun Zone is located at the south end of the vendor tent row near the food truck park. Inflatables for all ages will be available. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian when playing on the inflatables.


Q: Can I smoke at the Street of Dreams?

No.


Q: Can I bring my pets to the Street of Dreams?

No.
